  2. Confirm your operating setup

    At kickoff, confirm Workstream, Tier, Tool Mode, and current ROP Ramp stage.

  3. Onboard

    Launch and Launch-Pro use a Pilot → Go-Live → Steady-State motion. Delegate uses Phase-0 → Go-Live → Steady-State.

  4. Operate

    Work runs through Basecamp with a steady rhythm of execution, updates, and exception handling.

  5. Review & improve

    Launch uses lighter review cadences. Delegate adds KPI reviews, service reviews, and roadmap planning.

  6. Scale

    Add seats, expand workstreams, mix tiers, and automate stable workflows when ready.

    No. Yokly is accountable for delivery and operating rhythm, but does not guarantee business outcomes.
